Logging on as an end-user to view a map
When viewing a map that is using data from SugarCRM, users will need to provide their SugarCRM user credentials:
These are the same credentials as used when logging onto the SugarCRM web application:
Setting up the SugarCRM Connector
When first setting up your SugarCRM connector, you will be prompted for the following information:
Organisation URL: This is the web address of your Sugar Cloud instance, including https://. For example: https://acme.sugaropencloud.eu
Email Address/Password: Use the same credentials that you use to log in to SugarCRM.
Note: You should always connect using a SugarCRM user account with enough privileges to perform the actions you require. For example, if you wish to map and geocode Accounts, your SugarCRM user should have read and write access to the Accounts module.
