A Mapsimise Datatable is a set of records uploaded as either a CSV or XLSX file format, for more information on this process see the articles Preparing your Business Data and Importing your Data.
When a Datatable is selected from the index the Datatable context buttons will become available, from these buttons the "Edit Records" button will display the Datatable’s records.
The Datatable’s records will be displayed in a grid format and if a record is highlighted the context buttons will become available, from these buttons the "Edit Record" button will load the fields for the selected record.
The record's fields will be displayed in an editable form, the fields selected to be used with the Geocoding will be highlighted. For more information about Geocoding configurations see the article. Geocoding Rules
Any amended fields will be updated once the "Save" button is clicked.
