A Proximity filter requires two record sets primary and a secondary. Each of the records in the primary record set are used to perform a radius query on the second record set.
In the example below the Primary record set relates to Sales Persons and the second record set relates to Leads. Using the Proximity Filter the Lead records within 2 kilometers of a Sales Person record are returned.
The filter menu can be used to display the primary records Radius Circles as described in the query.
To clarify the primary records relationship to the secondary record the Proximity Lines can be displayed. If a secondary record falls between multiple primary records it will be attributed to the closest primary record.
For a simplistic view of each record Point Icons can be used to remove all record styling except for colour.
