When a user attempts to login the system will check if they have a valid Seat allocated to them, if not the licence pool will be checked to see if there is an available licence, if so, a Seat will be assigned to that account removing a licence from the pool.  

If an account is no longer required, it may be deactivated, which will remove the Seat from the user and return the licence to the licence pool so freeing it for future allocation.


If a User without a Seat attempts to login to Mapsimise and no Licences are available, then the User will not be permitted to logon and in order to grant the User access a Mapsimise administrator will have to acquire additional Licences from the billing section.


Users can be invited to join Mapsimise regardless of the number of available Licences.
